We contacted Dr. Smith at our pediatrician’s recommendation, in a panic because our son had an accident at home that resulted in a chin laceration. Dr. Smith and his staff were great from start to finish! They fit our son into their schedule just a few hours later, and they were so calm and reassuring while giving him stitches (and totally unfazed by the ear-splitting screaming). Follow-up care was also great — Dr. Smith and his staff make themselves available for any question, no matter how small! Cannot thank them enough for the wonderful care we received during a very stressful day!

Dr. Smith and his entire staff are wonderfully helpful, professional, and caring. From scheduling the appointments and covering billing with his admin (Fotini), to pre- and post-op follow-ups from his head nurse (Casey), to the procedure with Dr. Smith himself, I cannot think of a single thing that could have been done differently to improve my experience here. You can really tell that everyone is invested in making your experience the best it can possibly be. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone in the area.

I am 6 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier. I had a mastopexy augmentation. We did a 3D scan to see what results would look like and my results are 100% the same as the scan results! The healing time was minimal, the scar is perfect, and he follows up thoroughly after surgery. Yes, the office is beautiful and clean, but the staff, They were great! Fontine, love her! This practice is amazing, from the customer service to Dr. Smith, to Fotini and Casey, and I’m incredibly lucky that I ended up here for my procedure. I was amazed at how quick and professional the entire process was, including the post-care offered. They made me feel welcome, comfortable, and listened to from the moment I first arrived for a consultation, all the way to my surgery and afterwards. The care I received from Dr. Smith, Annalise, and Julia was exemplary. I am thrilled with the results of my procedure, and sincerely can’t recommend them highly enough.

Ill start by saying that I don’t write reviews often but Dr. Darren Smith and his staff are so AMAZING, I had too. Firstly, Dr. Smith is absolutely the BEST doctor I have ever encountered. He and his staff will treat you like family from the moment you step into the office. I know many say this but in this instance, its 100% true. You will not feel rushed, pressured or ignored (things many of us can feel at doctors offices).

When you walk in, you will be greeted by the absolute sweetest staff. I had the pleasure of working closely with Annalise (anyone who goes to the office will love her!) She prepared me to speak with Dr. Smith, once I met him, I knew I didn’t want to keep searching for doctors. He took his time to answer every single one of my question, which were a lot. He walked me through the entire process from pre opt to post op. Let me tell you my surgery was a breeze! It went better than I expected and I was even given Dr. Smith direct line in case I had any question or concerns after, and no questions were too small.

All this to say, do yourselves a favor and go to this office, even if its to get a consultation or see what they have to offer. You will not regret it. I can spend days writing accolades to Dr. Smith and his staff because I truly believe they deserve every single one. Hands down the best, sweetest and most amazing doctor I’ve had.

I’m very picky with Botox results because my upper eye lids are slightly hooded. The wrong Botox placement can make me look real dumb. I appreciate him listening to me when I told him about these concerns and actually taking them into account. Bottom line: Dr. Smith did a great job, and my face looks wonderful!

Being a Nurse I look at medical and surgical procedures slightly differently. So I guess you can say I’m more critical than most. But I only have the upmost positive take away from my experience with Dr Darren Smith and all of his staff. Everything from beginning (consultation) to end (post op care) was exceptional. He listened to my concerns and guided me to a natural enhanced outcome. During the procedure (FaceTight & AccuTight) I only needing light sedation, he communicated throughout telling me his next step and what I would feel. His Nurse Practitioner was available 24 hours after and followed up with me the next day. The rest of the office staff also was most helpful in organizing from start to end.
Dr Smith takes a personal approach and really listens with guidance toward the best fit for your concerns. I can’t be happier and will definitely be back.

This may be a little long but I think it’s very important for reviews especially when it comes to any kind of Doctors especially a plastic surgeon. I had done so much research and from the moment contacting Dr. Darren Smith’s office and speaking with Cassandra, I knew I would have a great experience. The day I went in for my consultation which I have been to other ones I was graciously greeted by Fontini (Practice Manager) and of course Dr. Smith. The past consultations of other doctors I had went to I felt rushed, and always leaving like I had more to ask, but not at all the experience I had with Dr. Smith. He listened to all my concerns, answered all my million of questions and made me feel totally at ease. Listen plastic surgery is no joke they are modifying, improving and reconstructing parts of the human body. They are helping us improve or alter our physical appearance and we should want to make sure our bodies are in the right hands. Well when I walking out of this office I felt that my body was in the right place. After going home and reviewing everything I had no hesitation with booking my surgery.
On the day of surgery again the one and only Fontini who was just ask excited for me as I was welcomed me. I then met more amazing staff Casey RN who went over everything throughly and then Dr. Smith came to do his thing! I had my surgery on a Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend and that whole weekend I was checked up on and I emailed some concerns and within an hour or less someone emailed me back or called me. So I want to thank you all so much Dr. Smith for your excellent skill and care. Casey for your kind beside manner before and after surgery. Fotini thank you for your kind attention from the beginning and these last few week. You have become a friend and personal cheerleader! This office goes above and beyond for a healthy and happy outcome. I feel so blessed to know and have Dr. Darren Smith as my doctor.

Dr.Smith is an artist at his craft, knowing exactly where and how to craft the body. It’s been 1 week post-op, and I’m so joyous with my results after liposuction of the love handles and fat grafting—Now, I can’t handle how much I love my hips! It was a quick yet nerve wracking experience given that I’ve never gotten work done. But, rest assured, Dr.Smith has remarkable artistic talent for this line of work—He cares about your concerns, well being, and post-op recovery; Truly an aesthetician! I went to Dr. Smith based on his online reviews and I am so happy I did! He was able to get me in for my consultation quickly, and schedule my procedure only 2 weeks later! Him and his staff are extremely friendly and really helped calm my (excessive) nerves without making me feel bad. The procedure was quick and relatively pain free! Dr. Smith also gave me his recommendation that I may not need skintite, which would save me a hefty cost. He was wonderful! His staff is also fantastic. I went for chin lipo and a tightening procedure. It was easy and pain-free!. There was next to no downtime, I had no discomfort and only minimal swelling. I was awake for the procedure and he let me know what to expect each step of the way.
