Remaining lower-pole breast tissue was repositioned upward to restore upper-pole fullness while reducing overall volume. The day before body surgery, she underwent skin-only upper blepharoplasty and submental/jawline contouring with VASER-assisted liposuction and FaceTite under local anesthesia. Dividing treatment into two stages was intended to shorten the larger second operation under anesthesia. The angled before-and-after photographs shown here were taken six months apart.
