CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit are third-party credit options, subject to credit approval. Review the lender’s current agreement for interest, fees and repayment requirements before applying. The practice does not offer an in-house payment plan.

Your consultation and treatment quote
The consultation fee is $500 and is applied toward any procedure you book. After your consultation, you receive an itemized quote based on your treatment plan. The surgical quote includes the surgeon’s fee, anesthesia and facility fees, and all postoperative visits. Ask the team which additional items may be needed and priced separately.
Before choosing financing
Start with your treatment quote, then review the lender’s terms and the total amount you would repay. Our team can help with questions about using CareCredit or Alphaeon Credit at the practice. The lender determines credit approval and the terms of your account.
