A toned core and subtle breast enhancement
This physician and mother in her mid-forties wanted a more toned-looking core and slightly fuller breasts with a natural appearance. She had controlled her weight through diet but had limited time for exercise. Her priorities called for attention to both torso contour and modest breast volume enhancement.
How do Lipo 360 and breast fat transfer work together?
Dr. Darren Smith combined VASER-assisted Lipo 360 with BodyTite and fat transfer to the breasts. Liposuction removes fat from selected areas for contouring. Breast fat transfer uses harvested fat to add breast volume, allowing these two goals to be considered within the same plan.
The breast enhancement in this case came from her own fat. This differs from breast auto-augmentation, which rearranges tissue already within the breast during a lift. Here, fat transfer suited the stated goal of a modest increase in fullness. Liposuction and BodyTite also treated inner- and outer-thigh fat and mild skin laxity. Fat harvested from the thighs was transferred to the breasts, with 190 cc placed in each breast. Her goal was approximately a half-cup increase, and Dr. Smith reported achieving that modest change.
Comparing her breast and body proportions
The before-and-after photographs were taken three months apart and show the breasts and midsection together, illustrating a plan that paired body contouring with subtle volume enhancement. Her individual result does not establish how much fat transfer would be appropriate for another patient.
