An emergency physician in her mid forties combined inner- and outer-thigh liposuction with BodyTite and breast fat transfer. Each breast received 190 cc of her own fat, without implants.

View larger ↗This emergency physician in her mid forties managed her weight through diet but had little time for exercise. She wanted to contour stubborn areas of her thighs and add a subtle amount of breast fullness using her own fat.
Dr. Darren Smith performed liposuction of the inner and outer thighs, with BodyTite to address mild skin laxity. Fat taken from the thighs was transferred to the breasts, with 190 cc grafted to each side.
Her breast enhancement was approximately half a cup size and did not involve implants. The combined treatment connected her thigh-contouring goals with the small increase in breast volume she wanted.
