This young woman returned to us after losing a significant amount of weight with a GLP-1 medication. She had undergone a breast reduction with us a few years earlier and wanted a perkier shape with a full but natural upper pole. We performed an inverted-T lift and placed silicone gel implants beneath the muscle.
