This 57-year-old woman wanted to refresh her eye area and address excess upper-eyelid skin.
Upper blepharoplasty addressed that skin excess. Her additional facial treatment included a facelift for skin laxity and jowling and fat grafting to the cheeks, chin and midface. Fat was harvested from the inner thighs for the midface transfer.
