Two plans with the same procedure names may involve different amounts of surgery. This is one reason a starting price or a telephone estimate cannot replace an individual assessment.
Operating time and facility requirements
The planned operation affects anesthesia and facility charges as well as the surgeon's fee. Ask how these charges are calculated and how the quote would change if the surgical plan changes.
One operation or separate stages
Dr. Smith considers your health and the extent of the proposed surgery when recommending a combined or staged plan. Cost alone should not determine that choice. If separate stages are recommended, ask which charges apply to each operation and request a clear estimate for the overall plan.

Financing is available through CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit, subject to credit approval. Review the lender's current agreement for interest, fees, repayment requirements and the total amount you would repay. Approval and account terms are determined by the lender. The practice does not offer an in-house payment plan.

Insurance
Cosmetic mommy makeover surgery is not covered by insurance. Dr. Smith is out of network with insurance plans. If a proposed component has a medical indication, ask your insurer about the applicable requirements and any out-of-network benefits; coverage for one component should not be assumed to cover the full plan.
