The patient’s story
This fit professional in his fifties had been able to tone most of his body, but stubborn love handles remained. He felt that the fullness at the sides of his waist detracted from the overall definition he had worked toward.
He wanted a more V-shaped back. Dr. Darren Smith performed liposuction of the flanks to address that localized fullness and work toward a more tapered waist and back contour.
