What did the patient want? The patient had a facelift and neck lift with a different surgeon about 10 years before we met her. She desired
a more youthful facial appearance and an improved profile with less loose skin.

What surgical techniques were used to achieve the result? We performed a SMAS lift to redrape her mid and lower facial foundation, as well as a neck lift to lift and support the soft tissues of her neck.
