This woman had nearly twenty-year-old saline implants. The left implant recently ruptured. As she was unsure of the implant size, but liked her original look, Dr. Smith drained the right implant to get a sense of its volume. Dr. Smith then replaced these implants with modern silicone gel implants. The pocket was modified to improve her cleavage as well.

This woman in her 30s wanted slightly smaller implants and more natural-appearing breasts. We performed an implant exchange with a decrease in implant volume as well as a breast lift to achieve this result.

This is a woman in her 30s who wanted to reduce the size of her breast implants. She is shown before (left) and after (right) reduction in implant size by approximately 120cc. The bottom row highlights the decrease in the amount of the breast that is lateral to the chest (green) and the decrease in the breast’s vertical dimension (distance from the bottom of the breast to the blue line).
